Preparations that should be done before starting the Flat Yarn making machine


  1. Raw material preparation
  2. Raw material preparation includes feeding, checking, mixing, drying, and loading.
    Feeding: The feeding material must be checked and checked to see if it is a drawing material. Do not mistake laminating materials as drawing materials.
    Recycled materials must be judged whether they can be drawn and their grade and quality before use.
    Ingredients: Please clean the dust and gravel on the surface of the bag before ingredients. According to the process requirements of producing the product, separate according to the weight.
    Quantity or volume ratio of raw materials, filling masterbatch, color masterbatch.
    Mixing: Pour the proportioned materials into the mixing drum and mix.
    Drying: Wet materials or recycled materials must be dried before use.
    Loading: It can be loaded mechanically or manually. New materials can be fed by a vacuum suction device. Recycled materials and masterbatch mixtures are preferably fed by a spiral feeding device.

  3. Clean equipment and environment
  4. Cleaning equipment dust, cleaning, cleaning wasted yarn collection box. Clean obstacles and dangerous objects around the Flat yarn making machine.

  5. Preparation of tools and equipment
  6. Prepare production tools such as copper scrapers, wire suction guns, scissors, blades, etc.

  7. Security Check
  8. The first is employee personal safety,Check the tightness of the connection of each equipment, the lubrication of each sprocket, gear, and bearing, and adjust the tightness of the chain and belt to ensure that the machine rotates flexibly and operates normally.
    Open the water supply valve, check whether the gate valves such as the extruder and water tank are normal, whether the cooling water flows smoothly, and provide water cooling to the extruder hopper seat. If the water temperature in the water tank is low, add hot water before starting the machine.
    Turn on the main switch and check whether the electrical controls are normal, whether the heaters in each section are working normally, whether the thermocouples are inserted into the specified positions, and whether each motor is in low speed.
    For wire drawing machines with pneumatic devices, open the air supply valve (or operate the automatic air compressor to store air), check the air supply pressure, check whether the pipes are smooth, the joints must not leak, and remove the moisture in the oil-water separation.
    Test run with an empty vehicle (except the main engine), and check whether the steering direction of each motor is correct and whether the rotation is normal.
