It is designed according to the most recent technology and equipped with the state of the art advanced centralized touch screen computer control system. All these parameters are set in the memory and can be recalled and modified at any time. The automatic control of temperature with optimization and precise speed adjustment of drives of all the units is easily obtained. The computer performs other functions like the management of fault finding, trouble shooting and alarm, displays the trend of melt pressure / temperature in , drives speed , fixing ration and all other machine setting and running parameters etc.

EXTRUDER WITH T-DI
EFOR DAH Extruders are with the Hi-Quality computer optimized screw, it ensures optimum melt homogenization and conveys the T-Die.
T-Die features computer designed flow geometry for optimum mass flow distribution and minimum gauge variation across the width.
THE T-die and screw are manufactured from the minimum expansion coefficient material in the world, which features maximum stability especially when producing low Denier yarn.
With attractive features of the extruder are cold start protection, microprocessor based PID controls, melt temperature and back pressure indicators.

AUTOMATIC SCREEN CHANGER
The automatic screen changer shows the filter pressure before and after screen. It also allows for setting pre-warning pressure and stop pressure. Upon request, a 10 meters long belt type filtering screen is available. Increasing or reducing mesh numbers of screen is also provide convenient adjustment for water flow rate, and ensure stability during screen changing.


WATER QUENCH UNIT WITH WATER REMOVAL SYSTEM

FOR DAH’s water quench film cooling system has special tank design for maintaining stable temperature of water mass & minimum turbulence. It’s movable so operator is easy to clean the T-D before the machine running. The water tank can be adjusted in up, down, right and left direction to meet various material characteristics and customer's requirement.


WATER REMOVAL SYSTEM

To help customers solve material costs raising problem. For Dah's water removal system is designed with a higher bridge type construction. In addition, the water removal system employs 8 pcs of specially designed water suction pipes (6 at front and 2 at rear side), 3 rubber rollers, 1 steel roller thoroughly removing moisture existed on the film.

HUMAN MACHINE INTERFACING CONTROL
Use friendly Human-Machine Interfacing Control, combines with the latest PLC control allows for recording and monitoring the power control condition on the entire machine. The computer automatically records various Denier settings to eliminate unskilled operation problems.

NEW FILM SLITTER
New design of yarn slitting device makes film tension easy to be adjusted. The slitter unit mounted on a separate stand with standard knife pack ensures vibration free slitting of film and extended utilization of blades. With automatic screen changer, and the new slitting stage the machines performance goes smoothly and accurately for long time without any reduction in the line speed.


HOLDING UNIT

The holding unit with positively driven nip roller ensures slip free stretching of the tapes.

EDGE TRIM RECYCLING & TAPE EXTRACTION UNIT

Tape extraction unit helps during machine start up and catches broken tapes during operation. It is an efficient aspiration system comprising of suction nozzles, feed pipes and waste collection box.
The special material of crushing knives and yarn waste collection system increase the operational efficiency of the machine.


HOT AIR OVEN (WITH OIL HEATING SYSTEM – OPTIONAL)

The hot air oven with advanced blower for upper and lower level tunnels with common heating and velocity control mechanism ensures uniform temperature profile and air velocities over the entire heated surface, which is necessary for production of uniform quality of tapes.


STRETCHING & ANNEALING UNIT

The combined stretching and annealing unit with two independent proportioned roller groups has independent drives. The configuration of rollers can be arranged as per end requirement by providing of normal, hot and cool rollers. Two heating rollers are equipped on the temperature control system, which maintains the stretched yarn temperature at 110C. Two cooling rollers are connected to a chiller. With the special heating and cooling rollers.

WINDERS

The magnetic and tension control Winder from FOR DAH is the most appropriate solution for the high speed winding of flat/ fibrillated tape on cheese tubes used as wrap & weft package on circular loom. 1. Hopper Loaders & Dosing And Mixing Unit
Fully computerized dosing, mixing and drying unit up to three components can be supplied for feeding material proportionately as per microcomputer touch screen programming to the extruder hopper. The unit utilizes screws for high metering accuracy. Every component has an independent hopper loader for conveying granules from the bin to the doser, The unit is easy to operate. It allows for setting kilograms for various materials and directly setting various material ratio with accuracy in 1.01 kg. Before material infeed, all materials are completely mixed by a mixer. The entire procedures are in-line set without need of operator's assistance.
